Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models to solve business challenges.
- Work with large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify trends that drive decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate them into practical solutions.
- Develop predictive models and algorithms for real-time analytics and automated decision-making.
- Evaluate the performance of existing models and refine them to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Build and maintain data pipelines for both batch and stream processing.
- Document and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and model building.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, decision trees, clustering, neural networks).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with data manipulation tools like Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of solving complex data problems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data science concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with big data tools such as Spark or Hadoop.
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and experience deploying machine learning models to production.
- Understanding of data engineering principles and building ETL pipelines.
